These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern access to, browsing and use of the website https://daaritransfers.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as the booking and provision of private passenger transfer services between the airport and various locations in Mallorca (hotels, tourist accommodations or other destinations) offered by Daari Transfers (hereinafter, the “Company”).
By making a booking through the Website, the user (hereinafter, the “Client”) fully and expressly accepts these Terms, and declares that they have read and understood them before completing the booking process.
If the Client does not agree with any of the provisions set out in these Terms, they must refrain from using the Website or contracting the Company’s services.

The Client undertakes to use the Website and its contents in a proper and lawful manner, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. Any use of the Website for fraudulent purposes or in a way that may harm the Company or third parties is strictly prohibited.
The Client may book transfers using the booking form available on the Website, following these steps:
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all data entered during the booking process are correct and complete. The Company shall not be liable for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.
Service prices are shown during the booking process and are stated in euros (€), including applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Website will indicate the accepted payment methods in each case, which may include, among others, online payment via a secure payment gateway and/or direct payment to the driver (in cash or by card), according to the conditions in force at any given time.
In the case of online payment, card data will be processed by an external payment service provider, so the Company will not store the Client’s full card details.
Once the booking process has been completed, the Client will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. This email will include the essential details of the contracted service (booking number, date and time, pickup and drop-off points, number of passengers, type of vehicle, price, etc.).
If the Client does not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable period of time, they must contact the Company at info.daaritrans@gmail.com or by phone at +34 643 36 20 02 to check the status of the booking.
The Client may request changes or cancellations of a booking under the conditions and within the deadlines specified on the Website or in the booking confirmation email.
The Company shall not be liable for failure to provide the service where the Client does not show up at the pickup point at the agreed time (“no show”), and in such case the Client may lose any amounts paid, in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions.
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel a contracted service in cases of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or for safety reasons (for example, adverse weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdown, etc.).
Wherever possible, the Company will offer the Client an alternative solution (another vehicle, change of schedule, refund of the amount paid, etc.). If it is not possible to provide the service due to causes attributable to the Company, the Client will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for that service, without prejudice to any other liabilities that may arise.

The Company shall not be liable for delays in the provision of the service when these are due to circumstances beyond its control (heavy traffic, accidents, adverse weather conditions, police controls, delays in flights or other means of transport, etc.).
The Client is responsible for allowing sufficient time to reach their destination (particularly in the case of transfers to the airport). The Company shall not be liable for missed flights or other services due to insufficient time planning by the Client.
In any event, the Company’s liability for indirect damages, loss of profit or consequential loss shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service concerned, unless otherwise provided for by applicable law.
All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, trademarks, design, source code, etc.) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the Company or third parties, and may not be used, reproduced, distributed or modified without the express authorization of the rights holders.
The processing of the Client’s personal data is governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy of the Website, which the Client acknowledges and accepts when booking the services.

The Client also has the right to submit a complaint to the competent consumer or transport authorities, in accordance with applicable regulations.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be null or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed deleted, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
